Technical Plans
We develop technical plans that enable us to finalize the details with you, as well as be able to accurately communicate the exact requirements to the builders.
Detailed Quotation
Before we kick-ff construction, we propose a detailed, actionable quotation according to your budget limitation. We make sure to have it in "human language" so you know what you are buying, and why!
Organized Construction
Once the final quotation is signed off, then we get started with construction. Our trusted construction teams follow our protocols and exacting standards. Your Design Manager will also give you bi-weekly updates so you are up to date on the progress.
Inspection & Handover
Once the apartment is ready, we do a "shoes-off" walk-through with you. We make a checklist of any defects or inconsistencies and fixed it within approximately 2 weeks.
